Cheshunt Park Stone Amphitheatre

Cheshunt Park, Broxbourne has a rich historical landscape with features from the Roman period through to World War II. Many improvement projects are scheduled for the Park over the next two years which will be funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and the Borough of Broxbourne Council. Extensive consultation on the park with community groups and the local museum has identified this project. The project will build a stone seating area (amphitheatre) with a central mosaic depicting the roman meaning of Cheshunt. Metal etched interpretive panels will be used to tell the story of the park.
