Chesterton Playing Field – Play Equipment and Fencing

The project is located on the village Playing Field to include play facilities for children over 6 years of age. (we already have a Play Area for children up to 6 years of age). The proposed new Play Area will also incorporate an outside gym for older children and adults. We will incorporate equipment suitable for physically disadvantaged persons.The Playing Field itself is regularly used by the Football and Cricket teams and to protect the Play Area from Cricket balls and Footballs it is our intention to install 2.4mtr high fencing on Health & Safety grounds. This would also protect the new Community Centre from any damage.
