Childwall Woods and Fields Local Nature Reserve, Liverpool – Improvements (7132)

Childwall Woods and Fields is a 39-acre site owned by Liverpool City Council. It is part of the Mersey Forest and is managed in collaboration with Friends of Childwall Woods and Fields, Liverpool City Council and Lancashire Wildlife Trust. This project will undertake habitat management works, path and boundary improvements, installation of seating, interpretation and signage, and provision of educational and volunteering opportunities at the site. The aim of the project is to enable Childwall Woods and Fields to thrive, be respected by visitors and be protected for future generations.
