Chipping Campden School Multisport Artificial Grass Pitch

To provide primary and secondary school aged pupils and the surrounding local community with an all-weather multi-purpose sport artificial grass pitch. The facility will be built on school land but form part of the community sport and leisure offer for the North Cotswolds. The school has secured £150,000 of Sport England Lottery money to help build the pitch and some £50,000 from the local and County Council who recognise the difference this facility will make to promoting community health and wellbeing. Despite a significant contribution from the school itself (circa. £250,000) funding is needed to appropriately fence off the pitch and ensure it can be operated in line with health and safety considerations.
