Chipstable Parish Community Hall - Amenity Area and Windows

In 2007 we were given a small plot of land adjacent to the Hall by a generous land owner. We would like to convert this wild, unkempt plot into an outside leisure area for the use of all the community. We have no open areas for community use in our Parish. This would involve levelling, paving, grass gravel, seating, a modest summer house and a level concrete ramp the length of the building to provide disabled and elderly easy access. We also wish to replace the three main, old windows on the front of the building as they have rotted, especially at the bottom.
