Christchurch Methodist Church – Community Centre

The proposal is to purchase and renovate a dilapidated and detached house into a thriving community centre for the adjoining Methodist Church. At present the house is in a very poor condition and the windows are rotting and let any heat out and plenty of draughts in! The new windows will greatly enhance the efficiency and environmental aspects of the Centre. There is no central heating but gas is available and we wish to install a gas fired boiler and central heating system and with other measures (better insulation and cavity wall insulation) this will mark a wonderful improvement in the comfort and efficiency of the Centre when opened.
