Church Gates

To improve the overall entrance to the church by repairing the weathered gates and rectifying the crumbling wooden posts holding the gates up. Signage to the church will also be restored as a separately funded project to guide the vast array of visitors that come to the historic site each year. The gates lead into the church yard and the surrounding cemetery which holds a wide array of historical figures and interests, which relate to Lanhydrock House and family from generations.

The funds will be used to repair the gates including new wooden posts for the gate to be secured upon. The work has been tendered competitively. The project will enable restoration of the gates and improved access to the church.
