Church House, Shirley – Refurbishment (007557)

The community building was built in 1912, with the existing heating and lack of insulation having a high carbon footprint. The project is looking to complete the following: 1. Rewiring and low energy lighting. 2. Replace obsolete gas central heating with infrared ceiling panels. 3. Remove old wet heating system and piping (no more leaks!) 4. Insulate loft
