Church in the Barn – Refurbishment & Fencing/Gates

Church in the Barn is an independent church with a building on the outskirts of Penrith close to Newton Rigg campus.
The application is to refurbish the kitchen and toilet facilities which are basic and need to be extended. The outside area is to be fenced with new gates and signage.
