Repair and preserve a historic listed building and make it safe for continued community use,
1) Stabilize pinnacle that has become split and loose,
2) Stabilize merlon likewise split and loose,
3) While scaffolding is in place, attend to slate roof repairs and extensive repointing of stonework.
