Church of the Ascension, Lower Broughton - New Gutters, External Decoration and Access

The whole project is to ensure that the whole of the building is watertight and in good repair in order to continue in its use. VC have been asked to fund, new gutters, external decoration and the opening up of the south aisle door with new steps and balustrade.
