Church Windows Replacement and Refurbishment

Several church windows have been in poor condition for some time culminating in evidence of water ingress last year.
This drove the church Stewards to take some positive action and a visit was arranged from the Moray Council Conservation Officer and subsequent to discussions with him, a survey was carried out by Ventrolla a window renovation company specialising in this type of work.
The result of this survey revealed that the six large windows on the east and west elevations and the toilet window have deteriorated to such an extent that the only option is the removal and fitting of new windows. In addition it was recommended that the vestry window requires a new bottom sash, sill and pulley stile repair to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
