Cilcain Village Hall Refurbishment Project

This project is for improvements to Cilcain Village Hall including improving the thermal efficiency by extending the air to air heating system, installing effective loft insulation,upgrading the windows and doors, replacing fascias and barge boards and refurbishing the 1970’s kitchen.
