Cinderford Miners Welfare Centre - increasing energy efficiency with new ceiling

This is the next stage of the project to increase the amount of users to the Hall by increasing energy efficiency of the Hall to include: removal of existing ceiling, provision of new lower ceiling with insulation above, erection of modern light fittings and lighting bar for stage.
