Develop a new community arts and education centre in the former church of St. Paul’s, in St. Paul’s Bristol (an area of multiple deprivations). The church is presently being renovated, after lying vacant for 15 years, by the Church Conservation Trust for use as a community building. General public access is available to the Centre.
