Clarbeston Road Memorial Hall

The 1st phase of a program of refurbishment of the hall. This comprises replacement of current single glaze / metal frame windows with double glazed units. Also to replace the guttering and 4 doors.

This will maintain the community hall that serves 5 villages, reducing the heating costs and lowering maintenance. It will also prevent the hall falling into a state of dis-repair.
