Cleave Warne Hall, Rochester – Replacement Flooring (1933/D)

The project aims to replace the flooring of the hall by removing the existing flooring and clearing away in accordance with asbestos regulations, preparing the base with latex screed, followed by the supply and laying of a 2 coat resin damp-proof membrane and new flooring with welded joints. This will be Polyflor XL in the main hall, corridor and rear ante rooms. The Trust grant will contribute towards the cost of replacement flooring.
