Cleaver Heath Heathland Restoration

The project entails the restoration of heathland to good condition, encouraging invertebrates, mammals and birds and the support of local community participation in the habitat management work. The habitat improvements will include scrub clearance, heather management and grazing by sheep. Tools will be acquired to equip local volunteer work parties to assist with the work and a new interpretation board installed.
