The Jubilee Lounge windows are single glazed aluminium framed and have been in situ for many years. They are deteriorating rapidly, cause considerable condensation and desperately in need of replacement. It is proposed that they are replaced with modern double glazed UPVC framed units. Both emergency door exits are in similar condition and need replacing. Clevedon Community Association is a registered charity serving the commuity in a variety of ways.
