Cliffe Memorial Hall, Nr Rochester – Water and Heat System Improvements (1976/D)

Our project is to replace the water pipework within the hall that has been there since the hall was built in 1968.

By replacing the pipework we will become more water efficient by saving on our usage and not wasting it from a leak. We would also like to increase the hall’s comfort zones by installing an air conditioning system to manage the temperature in the hall to best suit the event that is taking place. The system will also increase our heat efficiency as it doubles up as a heating system and has a better format for heating the large hall than the radiators.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the water and heat system improvements.
