Clifton County Park Sensory Garden

The aim of the project is to create a sensory garden at Clifton County Park. The garden will be fully accessible and used for a range of recreational activities including outdoor education visits, children’s groups and individual enjoyment. BTCV would engage volunteers, under 25’s and the Friends of Clilfton County Park to create the garden and provide training accredited by the NCFE. The garden would contain a pond and dipping platform large enough to accommodate a full class, raised sensory beds, hedges, fencing to create a dog free area, footpaths, benches, art mosaic and dry stone wall.
