Clifton Green

Strategic environmental improvements across Clifton Green including creating green gateways to the open space by tree planting and tree management with path and landscape works to improve usage and access with community involvement in all processes. Working in conjunction with the Clifton Initiative, Coalfields Regeneration Fund, Salford City Council Groundwork and the Newlands Initiative. It is expected that as a result of this project additional funding will become available to expand the idea of a ‘Clifton Green’ as a positive focus for play and recreation for the wider community, buisness and local residents.
