Clifton Sports Pavilion Redevelopment

Redevelopment of the Clifton Pavilion.

The proposal is to develop the Clifton Pavilion by extending the current building and refurbish some of the existing areas within the building. The work will include:
• Stripping out of the existing building
• Formation of new floor to vender area
• Formation of new walls, windows and entrance doors
• All new joinery to include serving area, doors, skirting and work units in the kitchen
• Extend and alter existing electrics including decorative light fittings
• Minor mechanical works, heating by electrical storage heaters
• Internal and external decorations
• Formation of new disabled toilets
• New flooring in the main area/toilets/kitchen and community area
• New fixtures and fittings
• External works to include patio area and security shutters to external windows
