Clipstone Youth Club, Mansfield – Activity Room Refurbishment (40129/D)

The project aims to increase capacity by clearing out and refurbishing two currently unused rooms, as well as improving energy efficiency of building. This will involve changing a very old gas boiler which is not big enough to cope with extra rooms and very energy inefficient for modern version. The heating needs to extend into both rooms and fit new radiators etc. with thermostatic control, fit thermostatic control to radiators etc. in all rooms to save energy. Swapping existing two wooden doors and window for double glazed units and insulating part of roof. Install lighting and power for rooms, install floor insulation and floor coverings.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the activity room refurbishment.
