Cloughmills Bio Park Resoures

We are seeking to encourage more visitors to the Bio Park. Installation of 2 picnic tables facilitates those who wish to visit and may require a seat. It also encourages people, particularly families to visit and stay longer. The tables will also enable us to offer other activities such as natural arts and crafts and biodiversity studies. It presents a hard and raised surface on which to do arts and biodiversity studies.

The ‘green roof’ enhances biodiversity and will be a feature in and of itself. It will be installed on the roof of our new outdoor kitchen and means we will be using the roof to encourage and increase the range of biodiversity on site.

The ecogrid is for a small area experiencing heavy footfall and this is damaging the natural environment around it. The use of ecogrid enables us to plant within it and to preserve the wider area.
