Club Facilities Development Project

Our existing brick built club house was constructed in 1979 and although functional has many deficiencies compared to a more modern facility. The proposed phased project aims to address these deficiencies in the following three phases:-
* Phase 1 will be to improve the changing facilities by purchasing a modular building to provide separate changing rooms and shower facilities. The building will be provided with a slate roof and insulation, complete with showers and W.C. fitted for connection to the existing services on site.
* Phase 2 will involve the refurbishment of the existing clubhouse to provide improved facilities addressing the existing deficiencies, in relation to disabled access and a ‘family friendly’ environment.
* Phase 3 will include the addition of paving to the area in front of the changing rooms and clubhouse, fencing to the gap between the changing rooms and clubhouse and decorative planting to enhance the area adjacent to the changing rooms.
