Club Pavilion Redevelopment, Colchester and East Essex Cricket Club (CEECC)

This is a project to improve the existing cricket pavilion building which was built in the 1970s. The current building consists of two small team changing rooms, an official’s changing room, kitchen, toilets, bar and lounge. ECT is being approached to contribute towards the full refurbishment of the building, to upgrade it to current building standards, improve its energy efficiency, and make it a more welcoming social space.
