Clubhouse/kitchen renovation, community facility improvements

To install a new kitchen (currently isn't a working one) and upgrade our lounge area, reasons for this outlined below: Current kitchen issues/requirements: No working cooker No working fridge-freezer Flooring moves (health and safety hazard) Electrics need re-wiring due to excessive energy consumption and safety concerns (old/dated wiring) Can’t provide in-house catering (additional expense to users, requiring external caterers) Lounge area: Last updated decades ago leaving the facilities worn/tired/unsafe and in desperate need of upgrading Mouldy walls/roof Décor of the lounge is stuck in a dated time warp/incredibly unattractive Dangerous in places due to outdated electrics, wiring is decades old and doesn't meet modern day compliance (requiring full re-wire due to hazardous electrics/excessive energy consumption) Recently described as a cross between a takeaway and a funeral parlour!
