Clubhouse Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the clubhouse built approximately 45 years ago. Funding will be used to alter the internal layout to add a new disabled toilet/shower room, update the toilets and hand basins in the 2 changing rooms, update the kitchen area with new units and water heater, a new bench top under the window sill and insulate and re-felt the roof. Other items include new laminate flooring, infra-red heaters on timers, occupancy sensors operating the lights, hot water dispenser for hot drinks, dishwasher, folding tables, chairs and bar stool/chairs. The project will result in a more comfortable clubhouse for tennis members and visitors that can also be used for community events.
