Clubhouse Repairs and Improvements

The project is to replace the bioler which does not currently supply hot water to the clubhouse, and to refurbish the male toilets which have been in place for 30 years. The clubhouse roof is leaking so lead work needs replacing and there is internal damage which will also be repaired.
