Clyst Hydon Village Hall, Cullompton - Hall Heating.

The heating system was installed many years ago and has become less efficient over the years. As 2019 is the 40th anniversary since the hall was built by the village, the applicants would like to keep the hall in the best working order possible. A new heating system would save money and allow more people to use the amenity.
