CMC - Community Building for the Future

Major refurbishment of the 58 year old, dated, flat-roofed community buildings, to bring them up to modern expectations of acceptability, insulation and weather-tightness. They need to be fit for purpose to ensure that our local community can safely continue to use these premises.This first phase of roofing replacement has been quoted for, and is so urgent that it cannot be delayed by waiting to finalise the internal refurbishment requirements.
