Coalburn Miners Welfare disabled lift

The village of Coalburn has a population of 1,500. The only major public amenity in the village is a charitable miners welfare community hall which has a one stop shop for payments, cafe, museum, meeting rooms, hall and bar. The disabled lift to the upper floor has been broken beyond repair and this curtails use of the building. This proposal provides for the installation of a replacement lift for disabled people and for those with pushchairs.
