Coastal Litter Campaign

The project will see the creation of the ‘Argyll & Bute Marine Litter Forum’ The work of the forum will be coordinated by the GRAB Trust through a dedicated Marine Litter Officer.

1. To coordinate the work of existing Beach Watch and Marine Litter Projects
2. To undertake education and awareness raising activities in schools and communities
3. To promote cooordinated local clean-ups.
4.To undertake an extensive survey of Argyll & Bute beaches.
5.To promote existing national campaigns
6.To compile and produce an ‘Argyll & Bute Good Beach Guide’
