Codsall Village Hall, Codsall – Replacement Heating and Disabled Toilet (4852/D)

The present water heater, which works off a permanent pilot light and the central heating boiler will be removed. They will be replaced by a combination boiler to provide hot water to the pavilion, toilets, and main kitchen and heating to the area east of the main hall. A separate boiler will provide hot water to the showers in the changing rooms. Electric heaters in the Lounge will be removed and the system above extended to serve wet radiators with thermostats. New temperature sensors will be installed in the Main Hall and other areas as necessary. A disabled toilet will be provided within a current storage area. The Trust grant will contribute towards heating and disabled toilet.
