Coffee Etc Community Hub

To renovate and refurbish an existing two storey building, attached to Coffee Etc café. To create a hub that will channel local talents and creative abilities into activities that will benefit the local community. To offer programmes and facilities that will enable these talents and creativity to be developed and enhanced. To create spaces that will be used as exhibition space, workshop, rehearsal venue, meeting room, arts and photography studio and classroom. Specifically the grant will cover: roof renewal / repair, rewiring and electrical update, fire escape installation, plastering and internal joinery, floor covering.
