Cole’s Monument Lighting and Electrical Upgrade

The lighting, cabling and electrical equipment on Cole’s Monument in Forthill Park, Enniskillen needs replaced. This is for Health and Safety due to the age of the equipment and current issues with “tripping”, but also aesthetic and environmental reasons.
There is also some equipment, on a nearby shed, supplying power to the monument that will be replaced. This will mean that a fault in the park will not cut out power to the monument.
There is also a need for sub-meters for energy efficiency and event management reasons.
The light fittings on the lower and upper (viewing) platform have already been removed for the restoration works to proceed. They could not be re-used as they were faulty and not energy efficient. The bulkhead lights and equipment inside the tower are still in place but need to be removed.
