Common Hill – Grassland management and restoration

Large parts of Common Hill nature reserve are designated as Site of Special Scientific Interest due to the quality of the species rich limestone grassland. There is also a small orchard and hedgerows and it is home to rare species of orchid and butterflies.
This project will enable the cutting and raking of the grassland in order to ensure it remains in good condition and rich in wildflowers.
