Communic8tebury, Greater Manchester – Cellar Refurbishment (005605)

The project will see the tanking of the Cellar and reinstating a window to help with ventilation.

The whole project will create two community areas; a meeting and social space and a storage space for groups that need. This will be achieved by the tanking of the whole cellar putting in a window, fitting new electrical points/lighting, drainage system and an outside grate with security locks. New shelving and worktops, as well as the decoration of the cellar, store room, new window/doors and stairway, better lighting and ventilation.
