Community Building Upgrade

Meeting spaces are busier than ever with community group activities taking place 7 days a week. A need to replace the gas boiler has arisen as it is inadequate and failing, leaving spaces freezing or conversely, when it works the lack of radiator thermostats leads to overheated rooms, making them uncomfortable. It is also necessary to reinstate the ventilation system to protect more vulnerable users post covid. This project will allow: Purchase and installation of a new suitable commercial gas boiler, thermostats, and heating controls; Purchase and installation of a replacement extractor fan and controls for the ventilation system; Redecoration all areas affected by the work (Corridors, community spaces, and reception areas).
