Community Centre Energy Efficient Heating System

To replace existing electric heating system which is inefficient and expensive to run with an energy efficient gas central and hot water system. To upgrade two existing toilets by lining inner walls and ceiling, replacing furniture and adding hot water and hand dryers and double glazing two windows. To renovate porch roof over the toilets and insulate same.
