Community Garden Project

As local Group of enthusiastic volunteers who have organised themselves into the Friends of Station Road Gardens, Billingshurst, with the aim of designing and creating a Community Garden for the benefit of the Local population, for the new Children and Family Centre and for a possible future Youth Club. The land is currently used as an open park space with a low appeal to residents and occasional visitors. We have received enthusiastic support from interested parties and businesses. Our Local Parish Council is fully supportive of our Community Garden Project and has set aside a matchinf fund of £40000. Horsham District Council has offered Group Services of garden expertise and have completed a land drainage scheme now.
