Community hub phase 2 (project no 548) – signage and PR elements

This project aims to complement previous development on site. It aims to replace
existing portacabin with a community hub building, which will include a community gym,
toilets, changing rooms and shower facilities.
The signage & PR element will publicise the LCF support.
