Community Hub Upgrade

The funding is required to upgrade existing toilets and add disabled toilet facilities to the centre and to upgrade the existing central heating system as the building presently only has partial central heating to one floor due to condemned boiler, which restricts useage during certain times of the year and impacts on the services we can offer. As an older building we would also be adding secondary double glazing and insulation to increase sustainability, reduce heating costs etc
