To upgrade and extend the former vestry building for use as a community meeting room and local heritage centre including replacement of the flat roof with a pitched roof, provision of an entrance lobby, kitchen, storage, disabled toilet, extended small meeting room and permanent location for a Heritage Centre (with storage).
