Community Recycling Facility

Provide a managed area on the Recreation Ground for the siting of up to eight bulk containers for various waste streams with suitable access / egress for vehicles including heavy service vehicles. The proposal is to accomplish this without detriment to the rural appearance of the site by maintaining the current grassed area appearance.
