Community Toilets – Make Toilet Refurb

Refurbishment and extension of existing cramped, cold and uninviting men’s toilets to provide an extra WC and replacement of the old fashioned multi-user urinal which is particularly inhibiting for young children. We have 650-1000 weekly users and have received complaints of a shortage of toilets and poor condition of those that are available. Old fashioned tiled and grouted floors are difficult to clean and hygienically maintain and the efficiency of the plumbing and electrics are not up to modern standards. Sustainability and growth of the community centre necessitates the modernisation of facilities to meet community needs to a satisfactory standard.
