Complete Heating System replacement

Our heating system, much of which dates back to the early/mid 1900's, is currently very inefficient, needs regular repairs to corroded pipework, and costs a lot of money to run. We have had two quotes for complete replacement of boiler, radiators and pipework, both of which are in excess of £50k. The Church cannot afford to do this work so will have to rely on external funding. We are a Grade 2 Listed Building. We have already received a Conditional Offer of funding from Biffa Award
