Completion of Disabled Access to Community Pavilion and Bowling Green, The Laurels Bowling Club, Dudley

This is a project to build a ramp for disabled access into the community pavilion and on to the bowling green, allowing community use for the pavilion (for fun, welfare benefit advice and training) and the bowling green. Due to centuries of mineral extraction, the car park is on a much higher level than the rest of the facilities on the site, meaning only the able bodied have full advantage of the facilities, leaving the disabled feeling potentially ostracised, abandoned and excluded from shared training and all the fun that bowling brings.
