Composting in the Community

Practical approach to composting with the distribution of home composters and the provision of an existing range of promotional activities through the use of recycling areas at the Blackheath County Park.
Please bear in mind that only Landfill Tax Credit Scheme contributions made under the Regulations applying until 31st March 2003 may be spent on this project.

Landfill tax contributions made under the Regulations applying from 1st April 2003 must not be spent on category c or cc projects.
